Running a startup is hard. So many moving pieces and so much change. Always change. A little perspective can go a long way. Some emotional well-being tools and strategies are tremendously helpful. Learning healthy habits, aligning with some values and vision work, and gaining time and energy through little efficiency hacks are truly great. Getting support from someone who has been in your position multiple times is priceless. Getting support from someone who has experienced startup life and who happens to be a happiness expert and mindfulness practitioner as well– really priceless.
