The Private Coaching Engagement (1 to 8 Weeks) This isn't just about showing up for an hour and talking; it is a full-scale partnership to entrench healthy rituals into your lifestyle.

  • The Medium: Sessions are available globally via Zoom, or face-to-face in NSW, Australia.

  • The Support: You receive ongoing text, email, and phone support between our sessions to ensure you stay on track.

  • The Toolkit: You get tailored well-being plans, shared resources, guided meditations, and complimentary lifetime access to the 7-week Happier online program..

Life is hard enough without constantly punishing yourself. I don’t like the traditional self-help idea of simply "giving things up"—I am a much bigger believer in taking things up.

Building new habits shouldn’t feel like a chore. There are many ways to learn and grow, and we will use playfulness, lightness, and experimentation to get you there. We will open your mind and freshen up your body so you can feel lighter, yet fuller.
